LEADERSHIP

Pastor Deirdre Greer serves as the pastor of Grace Community, where she is passionate about sharing the life-changing message of Jesus Christ and helping people grow in their faith. With a deep love for worship, prayer, and the Word of God, she is committed to creating a church environment where people can encounter God’s presence, experience genuine community, and discover their purpose in Christ.

Pastor Deirdre stepped into the role of pastor in January 2025 following a season of transition for their church family. Her husband, Nathan Greer, faithfully served as pastor of Grace Community until receiving a terminal diagnosis. While he stepped down from the position, Nathan remains a vital part of the ministry and continues to serve alongside Pastor Deirdre. Together, they share a heart for shepherding people and seeing lives transformed through the power of the Gospel. 

Under Pastor Deirdre’s leadership, Grace Community continues to focus on worship, biblical teaching, prayer, and outreach to the surrounding community. Her passion is to see the church be a place of hope, restoration, and spiritual growth for individuals and families alike. 

Outside of ministry, Deirdre treasures time with her family. She and Nathan have two children, Korey (Emily) and Kelsey (Justin). And, two granddaughters. Pastor Deirdre also enjoys baking, decorating, and planning gatherings that bring people together in meaningful ways. 

Her greatest joy is seeing people encounter the love and grace of Jesus and watching lives be changed by His presence.
